New enquiries, from your website and your clients' portals

Paste one line into your website and visitors describe their event to eva, who fills in the brief as they chat. Enquiries wait in your inbox until you start an event from one. Clients you already work with can ask from their own portal, and their request goes straight onto your jobs board.

What happens in the video

0:00 Where you end up

New events on the jobs board, and nobody retyped an email to get them there. They came from the agency's website and from a client's own portal.

0:11 Switch on the website form

In Settings, switch on the website enquiry form and let eva chat to visitors. eventru gives you one line to paste into your website. Lock it to your own domain, then copy it.

0:27 A visitor enquires

On the agency's website, a visitor describes their event in their own words. eva fills in the brief as they chat: the dates, sixty guests, the Cotswolds and the budget. If something is missing, eva asks one quick question with a tap to answer. They send it, and the form shows "Enquiry form by eventru" underneath.

1:09 Into Enquiries

The dashboard flags a new enquiry from the website. It waits in Enquiries with who they are, what they need and their own words; nothing reaches the jobs board until you say so. Start an event builds it from the brief, adds the organisation as a client, and asks who owns it.

1:39 A client's portal request

Existing clients don't need a form. From their own portal, a client asks for a new event, and eva turns their message into a brief: a hundred and twenty guests, central London, the 8th of July, with a mic for the speech. They send the request.

2:06 On the jobs board

The portal request goes straight onto the jobs board, ready to review, next to the website enquiry that was accepted. The event already has the right modules, including A/V for that mic.
