EVA AI

eva drafts the first version, so you start by editing

eva works inside eventru, so it already knows your events, agendas, budgets and actions. Ask it what's outstanding, or ask it for a first draft, then edit what it gives you.

The problem

A blank page is the slowest part of the job

The tenth budget, the fortieth sub-agenda and the hundredth chaser email are all the same shape. Starting each one from nothing is where the evenings go.

Ask about any event

What's left to do, which venues haven't replied, what a session is running to. eva answers from your workspace, not the internet, and when the answer is an action it offers the button rather than an essay.

A first draft of the budget

eva drafts budget lines from the event's details: numbers, nights, the venue and the format. You keep what's right and change what isn't, and nothing lands in the real budget until you keep it.

Session agendas and emails

Turn a session title into a timed running order, or have eva draft the chaser, the confirmation or the welcome email for you to send. The draft uses what the event already knows, so you are correcting details rather than typing them.

eva works inside your workspace with your permissions. It cannot read another company's events, and it cannot read anything in your own workspace that your role cannot. The decisions, and the client relationship, stay with you.

Questions

About eva

Which AI model does eva use?

eva runs on Anthropic's Claude.

Does eva see other companies' data?

No. eva works inside your workspace and reads only what your account can read.

How many eva credits do I get?

250 a month on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Team and a custom allowance on Agency.

Does eva send anything on its own?

No. eva drafts and suggests; a person keeps the draft, edits it and sends it. Nothing it writes is saved or sent until you choose to.

What does eva know about my event?

Whatever is on the event in eventru: the brief, dates and numbers, the agenda, the budget, venues and suppliers, and the open actions. It does not go looking on the web for your event's details, so its answers match what your team has entered.

Can I use eva on the free plan?

Yes. Free includes 250 eva credits a month, enough to try it on a real event. Paid plans include more each month, and can add eva top-ups when a busy month needs them.
