Pricing questions
Is the free plan really every module?
Yes. Free has every module switched on. The limits are one seat, two active events, 50 attendees per event and 250 eva credits a month, and client-facing pages carry the eventru mark.
How does the free trial work?
Starter and Team start with a 14-day trial. A card is taken at sign-up and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Monthly plans can use the code LAUNCH3 at checkout for 3 months free.
What happens if I add more people?
Starter includes 3 team members and Team includes 10. Each extra person is £29 a month on Starter or £24.90 on Team, so Team works out cheaper from your ninth seat.
What are eva credits?
eva, the AI assistant, uses credits when it answers a question or drafts something. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, from 250 on Free to 25,000 on Team.
Is Run of Show Live included?
Run of Show Live is the desktop show-caller your crew join over the local network. It is an add-on for subscribers at £15 a month or £150 a year, or a standalone tool from £19 a month.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time from Billing. Your events and data stay where they are.
