eventru started inside a working event agency, as the system we wanted on every event we ran: one place for the brief, the venues, the money and the day itself.
Why it exists
The same problems, on every event
Venue responses scattered across inboxes, quotes retyped into spreadsheets, proposals out of date by the time they were opened, and the same information copied between systems. eventru enters it once and uses it everywhere.
The name is event + truth: one source of truth for the whole lifecycle. Each event is a container of modules that switch on from the brief, so no two events look the same and nothing falls through the cracks.

You should never be blocked from running an event properly because of the tier you're on.
Relationships stay yours
eventru is not a venue directory. You build and own your venue list, and you keep working directly with the venue contacts you already trust.
It works alongside what you use
Outlook, Gmail, Xero, QuickBooks and your own website. eventru sits next to them and takes the copying between them off your plate.
AI does the admin, you stay in charge
eva drafts, summarises and fills in the repetitive parts. The decisions, and the client relationship, stay with you.
