Each extra seat adds 400 eva credits a month. Paid plans can buy eva top-ups at £10 per 1,000 credits, which roll over, add attendee emails in packs of 10,000 for £20 that also roll over, and add storage in 10 GB packs at £5 a month. A 14-day trial includes up to 4,000 eva credits and 5,000 attendee emails until the first payment.

What is eventru?
eventru is event management software that takes an event from first enquiry to final invoice in one workspace: the jobs board and pipeline, venue sourcing and RFPs, client proposals, the agenda and run of show, registration, the attendee app and check-in, and commission-aware budgets and invoicing.
Who is eventru for?
Independent event agencies, in-house event teams, venue finders and freelance planners. It was built by an event professional with 15 years of hands-on experience, and it works alongside the tools you already use rather than asking you to replace them on day one.
How does venue sourcing work?
You build the brief once and send every venue the same branded RFP form. Venues answer in their browser with no login, their costs come back structured, and you see each venue's availability, hold and total side by side. eventru reminds you before a hold lapses, and the shortlist becomes the client proposal.
Do my clients need an account to see a proposal?
No. A proposal opens on a private link, and the client can confirm a venue from it. Clients who want more can use the client portal to send briefs and review proposals.
Do attendees have to download an app?
No. Each guest gets their own web app from one QR code on the signage: their agenda, room, travel, the map and the Wi-Fi. It closes a set time after the event.
Does it handle budgets, VAT and invoicing?
Yes. Every budget line carries VAT and commission, estimated against actual. Client bills, commission bills and copy bills come from the same lines, and Xero and QuickBooks sync is included on paid plans.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan has every module switched on for one person and two active events, with no card needed. Paid plans add seats, events and capacity rather than unlocking features.
What happens when we run out of eva credits or storage?
eva stops at your monthly allowance rather than billing you for more, and the allowance resets each month: 250 credits on Free, 4,000 on Starter and 12,000 on Team, plus 400 for each extra seat. On a paid plan you can buy top-ups at £10 per 1,000 credits, and they roll over until they're used. Storage is 1.0 GB on Free, 2.0 GB on Starter, 10 GB on Team and 50 GB on Agency, and paid plans can add 10 GB packs at £5 a month. If a workspace fills up during an event, guests can keep sharing photos and videos for up to another 10 GB, so sharing doesn't stop mid-event.
Are attendee emails and registrations limited?
Emails to attendees count against a monthly allowance: 500 on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Team and 100,000 on Agency. Paid plans can add packs of 10,000 for £20, which roll over. If the month runs out, a broadcast is held back whole rather than sent to half a list, and a guest's own registration confirmation always goes. Mail to your team, venues and clients doesn't count. Registrations have a yearly ceiling of 25,000 on Starter and 100,000 on Team across all your events, and none on Agency.
