REGISTRATION, EVENT APP & CHECK-IN
Registration, an attendee app and check-in, from data you already entered
You built the agenda, the room block and the coaches while planning. eventru turns them into a registration site, each guest's own app and a QR at the door, in the event's brand.
The problem
The guest list lives in four places
A form tool for registration, a spreadsheet for rooming, an email thread with the coach company and a printed list at the desk. Each change is four edits, and on the day the desk has the one that wasn't updated.
How a guest moves through it
One record, from invite to check-in
Invite
Send each guest their own link, or open registration on the event site.
Register
Your form, with tracks and questions per event. Paid tickets through Stripe.
Travel & rooms
Their room, coach and flight sit on the same record.
Check in
A printed badge or the QR in their app, scanned at the desk.
A registration site in the event's own brand
Pages for the agenda, venue, travel, accommodation and FAQs. Set the event's brand once and every page and email follows it, so guests see the event they are going to rather than the tool behind it.
- Form builder with tracks and questions
- Group registration on one form
- Paid tracks through Stripe on paid plans
Each guest gets their own app, with nothing to download
Today, Agenda, Map, People and Help. One QR on the signage asks for the guest's email and sends their own link, so it's safe to print. Announcements reach every guest's app at once.
- Personal agenda with the sessions they picked
- Room, Wi-Fi and today's travel
- Access ends 1, 7 or 30 days after the event
A desk that works with a scanner, a camera or nobody at all
Scan the badge with a hardware scanner or the device camera, or let guests check themselves in at a kiosk. Session check-in records who was in the room, and dietary, access and VIP flags show as each guest arrives.
- Print-ready badges with a personal QR
- Dietary, access and VIP flags as they arrive
- Live count of who's in
Speakers manage their own slot from a link
Each presenter sees only their agenda item: the brief, their running order, what they need on stage and their slides. Crew get their role's view of the run of show.
- No accounts for speakers or crew
- Access ends when the event does

About registration, event app & check-in
Do attendees have to download anything?
No. The event app is a web app. Guests can add it to their home screen, but nothing comes from an app store.
Can guests pay for tickets?
Yes. Paid tracks take payment through Stripe on paid plans.
Can I check people in to individual sessions?
Yes. Session check-in records who was in each room, alongside the main desk check-in.
How many attendees can I have on the free plan?
50 per event on Free. Paid plans have no attendee limit.
Can one person register a group?
Yes. Group registration lets one person register several guests on one form, and each guest still gets their own record, their own app link and their own badge.
